I agree. It’s even worse because there was so many mentions of guns this season. Any guy I know who is being threatened is going to be packing at all times.

I can't be the only one who thinks we need more Kelli Goss.
I also predict Rooster is back for season 8. He has never been charged, the case was already investigated years ago. He just pissed off the wrong dumb slut and with the #metoo hysteria, Netflix activism, and bias against Scientologists he never stood a chance.
I do like Dax Shepard though so season 6 & 7 should be entertaining.

Dax Shepard is no Danny Masterson but he has done pretty well in the comedy/drama genre that The Ranch fits into. I will keep watching.

I watched the first episode last night and was bored the entire time. Too much Kushner and Sam Elliot's girlfriend.
Without Masterson the Rules of Engagement chick is not going to be playing the slutty milf, with Kushner married and baby on the way we are not going to see the lovely Kelli Goss, and the once sexy AF Elisha Cuthbert will be in new mommy mode, aka neither funny nor slutty.
Dax has some huge shoes to fill and we better get some fresh eye candy. I love Sam Elliot and will watch him in anything but his legendary cowboy persona is not enough to carry the show.

I finished it today. It was OK. Still liked it but they miss Rooster. They are trying but my honest opinion is that this will be the last season

yeah, finished it yesterday. that 3rd episode was all kinds of dramatic. i love this show and dax kind of fills the role of rooster well. the only thing i don't like about this show is all the "fricks". they seem forced alot of the time.
