Are they still good?

I prefer to use an all natural boil to bring out the savory flavor of the crawfish. I boil them in straight water with a little lemon juice then I put them in an ice chest and sprinkle a little Tony’s for taste

I went to Sammy’s last night.
It could’ve been me eating crawfish too. Makes you think.

Boiled last weekend and they were still good size without hard shells. Most farmers have drained thier ponds but basin crawfish are still available.

I picked up a dozen crabs from a market in Slidell last week and they were giving out 18 for the price of a dozen. Mixed lot with a few more females than males, but they were all nice and full of meat and the females had loads of fat in them.....my favorite.

Boiled last weekend. Lil on the hard side but i'd recommend going for it if you got the itch.
Im not sure where they were caught but they were the very dirty. Took a helluva lot of purging to finally get clear water
