That could be in one of the more desirable neighborhoods in the city. It's really a shithole surrounded by nice areas rather than the other way around.

That's been a problem all over BR recently. I got accosted at a store on the way home today by an aggressive bum that "just needed a quarter". I told him that I didn't have any cash (which was actually true) and he said something rude and moved on.
He was behind me in line buying a 40 a few minutes later.
If people would stop giving these MF'ers money they'd leave.

Last one I saw ended up in that middle lane of travel and the right turn lane. You should've seen all the soccer moms in their suburbans waving their hands like it would magically move them
