I can't handle watching their games because of him. Its annoying as hell.
You can bottle Guillot, K Lady, Clapper and ball 4 guy together, multiple it by 10 and they still aren't as annoying as this dude.

Vandy people hate him too.
He likes being famous and likes being hated. He has shirts and shite that say The Whistler.
I’ve been to a few games and sat near him. It’s so much worse in person. I stopped buying tickets.

The game announcers were talking about him during the last game, and made it clear that he has worn out his welcome and should just stop. Not a big fan of Kyle P., but he was spot on with his comments.

The whistle is part of navy ships. They use them to call attention on the ship I believe. since Vandy are the Commodores that is probably why the whistle is in play.

Yep...he is definetly one of the most irritating individuals in all of sports. There isn't much that makes me actually not want to watch a sporting event, but he is so irritating that I can't stand it. Unfortunately, I like to listen to baseball on the radio, so I can't even turn the volume down while watching.
