He wasn’t selectively prosecuted. If anything, he benefited from Hillary getting a pass. He would still be in prison if Hillary wasn’t given special treatment.

The libtards are right, and I agree with them on this one.

This sailor should not have been pardoned. What he did was reckless, and he knew it.

I see the disparity in how the laws are enforced on some and not others, and it infuriates me, but to pardon this sailor, who was clearly guilty, rectifies nothing. Go after Hillary and put her in jail. That is the way to level things out.

That's awesome! Now if we could just get some justice for Seth Rich!

But it was reported that Saucier failed to cooperation with investigators (tried to destroy evidence that he had shared the pictures, after he had claimed he had not), and that was a factor in whether he was prosecuted.

So did Hillary. So what changes about this:

The fact that anyone was prosecuted by Comey is sad, this piece of shite and his Kenyan criminal thug boss were busy committing the biggest crimes in the history of the nation.

Trying to subvert a presidential election.

So you can take top.secret photos and not be prosecuted as long as you admit yo sharing them? Great!

He took pictures of stuff that has long been in the public domain, but still classified by the military. There are many instances of this, things still classified, but available to anyone with a Google search if you know what to look for.

Why did Trump wait to pardon him? Why now? Why law suit in NY?

Not a very bright person if he worked in a “security sensitive” industry and let it be known that he had photos of it.

Isn’t there some requirement that you admit the facts of your crime to accept a pardon? I seem to recall a discussion about that here.
