Star Wars Episode IX Working Title is “trIXie”

Thoughts as to the reason? My hope is that it means “total retcon is expected.”

Probably because the prefix means three and the IX means 9, so it’s the 3rd movie in the 3rd trilogy

Last Jedi was horrendous. JJ can ignore shite head’s story as much as shite head ignored his. Filoni added an “time travel” aspect to Star Wars in Rebels.

episode IX has Sabine and Ahsoka find Ezra in deep space. they go to the planet with the door into the past. Ezra kills palpatine as a baby.

I hope you are right but JJ Abrams is going to somehow take a fighting force so small they can all fit on the falcon and defeat the entire first order in 2.5 hrs. Coming up with a plot that doesn't require a complete suspension of rational thought that accomplishes that would be a miracle. Rian Johnson screwed to pooch so bad.

TLJ really killed my interest in this series. Even if the story is good, the characters are unbearably boring now.
