I have several bootlegs of shows from 75 and 77 and there are some quality recordings available. I'd say the ones from 75 are better because there are different versions of the animals tunes. Nothing like hearing Dogs, Pigs and Sheep with different arrangements and lyrics ( not to mention the extended jams they did live ). Gilmour's tone never sounded better than 75-77......

Yeah I have a ton of those recordings as well. And they are surprisingly good. I made an exception to hold on to a crappy recording due to the tie in with Baton Rouge and the rarity of the recording despite the quality.
I can’t help but think of all that PF has in their vault that they still have yet to release. I know Waters has a pro shot multi cam video recording of the wall live from the 80-81 shows. Not sure why they are waiting to release that. They should have packaged it when the cd recording came out a few years back.
