I have one that constantly complains about how much she doesn't want to work. Every three damn seconds it's "OMG I need a vacation." "It's Monday already, ughh."
She also gets here at 9:30, takes a 2 hour lunch at 11, then takes a walk break for an hour in the afternoon, then leaves at 4:30.
The other is the new guy who is completely useless, any problem he encounters he doesn't even attempt to solve it, doesn't even google about it. Just instantly comes to my desk.

When people constantly refer to Thursday as "Friday Eve." I throw up in my mouth a little bit each time I hear that. Hate it!

The guy who works my previous position works for me (and is paid pennies for it).
His job is to review all pending payments to make sure all have processed. It's literally reviewing a spread sheet others contribute to and making sure the money in matches the money out.
I deleted the formula which totaled the two columns, compared the two, and highlighted the accounts which need attention when I was promoted. I wrote the formula to save time.
It takes him five to six hours to do 45 seconds of work.
I purposely email him questions about accounts throughout the day. Part of me wants to help him, but I don't want to run the risk people actually think he's useful.
It would take maybe 20 minutes to look up the formula and update all of the fields...but he doesn't do it. I find it funny and hate him all at the same time.

People who are always stressed about “how busy they are”, but do the least of anyone.

I have an admin assistant who I have dubbed the "Printer Nazi"
Any abandoned jobs at the printer causes her to make my life hell tracking down the perp for his proper tar and feathering.

People who used speaker phone to dial out before picking up the hand set. Why? I've never come up with a reasonable explanation for this behavior.

Talking to people. I wish I could just be in a back room somewhere and churn out the work.

3 pages in and not a single:
The pettiest thing is this new company wide policy of allowing the homeless to just come in and sit and even use the bathroom...

we had a woman here (she gone now ) who would have a breakdown if you printed a random document and left it on her desk with no explanation.

My boss does this. I'm across the hall from him. What kills me is he initiates the call by loudly getting dialtone and dialing the number. Each time I hear his phone go "off hook", numbers pressed and I pray he isn't calling me and cuss a little when he does.
I've tried to explain to him he could input the numbers prior to going offhook thus eliminating the loud dialtone everyone hears but he simply cannot grasp the concept of telecommunications

I... love you. There, I said it.
It's only happened to me once, but we had an intern that liked to whistle. I never realized how much of a murderous rage trigger it was for me until then. I still cringe thinking about him.

When the person who had a 1pm appointment shows up at 430pm and expects you to check their shite out now.
