Halper? Maybe, maybe not.
I figure there is enough shite on Brennan, Clapper, and Comey to “suggest” they show up for interviews lest charges be filed on other stuff immediately.

Nope, nope and (yes). IG will only have jurisdiction over FBI and DoJ. He will have zero jurisdiction to investigate the CIA or any other agency who were also neck deep in this.
