I get your point, but serial killers and mass shooters tend to be white and mentally ill. Non white serial killers/ mass shooters also tend to be mentally ill.
Most homicides, according to the latest FBI statistics, tend to be committed by black men aged 17-50. That 3% of the population commits 52% of the homicides in this nation, but cant understand why law enforcement officers tend to shoot this demographic more compared to other races in highly confrontational situations.

As soon as I saw what the shooter looked like and his demeanor, I knew he was a victim of bullying.
