If McMillan, Brennan or Narcisse can’t win the QB job convincingly, that’s their problem. Let them transfer.
I agree, and when they transfer maybe they can get one of their new HC's to hire Orgeron as a D Line coach, mascot,or water boy because he'll be leaving and searching for a new job not long after! I hope he's got the magic binder tuned up and ready!

You guys killing it with the weight narrative

nonsense.
Weight won't transform Brennan into a great QB. Yes, it will make him a bit stronger and more able to absorb punishment, but weight isn't what's holding him back.
I'm shocked that so many posters think that's all that Brennan is missing.
Now some weight, with agility, would be helpful... no one ever said to a QB you're not "strong enough" "to be hit". 10 lbs of muscle ain't going to stop a broken sternum.
Someone mentioned a metabolism problem... maybe not a problem, maybe an age/frame issue. He's a legit 6'4" (maybe slightly more?) and still young, putting on mass just might not be his genetic strong suit. That will change, but who knows when.
What's holding him back? To these amateur eyes he did not look comfortable or confident in the spring game, at all. That's got to translate negatively in the coaches eyes and objectively (appearances aside) is likely and indicator of another issue such as he doesn't have concepts down. Or it might just be in his head. The arm is there, the confidence and decision making is not. Worth noting his pocket awareness seems much better than Mett's, but that hasn't translated into anything tangible.
Confidence matters. He was no-contact, so it's something other than the OL or fear of getting hit that's messing with him.

Brennan is obesity challenged.

The coaches clearly disagree. And that’s what matters at this point.

Really says who? You!!!!!
If you actually watched the spring game it was very evident NONE of our QB's has distanced themselves so much that everyone, including the coaches, thinks he is the starter!
If anything the spring game showed why we are looking at Burrows! Does that mean JM won't start? Not at all, it actually looks like he is starting to separate himself from MB and LN but it is far from over.

Our defense will be awesome but the offense will leave them helpless and Vulnerable.
So, nothing has changed
A lot has changed. Our offense used to eat clock, and ground and pound our opponents into submission. Don’t make me call rickdaddy on your arse. I’m too lazy to look up the stats.

I’m an O supporter.
I support any HC as long as they’re the coach. Hell- the program goes as they go.
So I support O being successful.
And I agree with you. This- at the end of the day- IS a business. Players have to play- or make room for someone who will. That’s something that as players they already know. Always been a part of the game.

If you think McMillan won the job based off of the spring game, you are absolutely out of your fricking mind. Don't look at him comparatively. Look at what he did that it was starting quarterback material. If you say it was then you are full of shite

Our TOP hasn't really changed (by chance I had looked at that about a month ago).
What changed under Les and Orgeron damn sure hasn't fixed was redzone scoring.

Well tells coach what else is he missing. Waiting?

Wait, wait, wait a minute...
Before the spring Game we "had a QB" or two. After one meaningless, sub-staffed lineup, minimal portion of Offense installed Game our QB's "all suck."
The math ain't totally adding up yet - know what I mean?
