Bill Maher showed the clip of Clinton’s face when asked about using a cigar in his hearing/deposition/whatever. I had never seen it. It apparently was buried on CSPAN at the time, and without YouTube and the internet you’d have had to look hard to find it.
It was an incredibly candid facial expression. Hilarious.
