His Tug Boat Captain Friend accomplished theyre mission and earned hisself a smooth grand or two once the money comes in. Also, it doesn't look like "Insurance Fraud".

What the frick is Mardi Gras World? Sounds trashy as frick and the barge probably did $250,000 of improvements.

The place looks like it would fall apart in a Cat 1 hurricane.

It was originally a just warehouse for building and storage of Mardi Gras floats. They now give daily tours so people can see Mardi Gras floats year round, and they are an event hall for weddings/concerts.

Well the building made it thru Katrina and several hurricanes since, and it was struck by a barge so you may be a little off.

I hate Mardi Gras, but MGW is a pretty cool event hall.

To clear it up for you, part of the faculty has mardigras floats stored there and lots of folks like to visit and tour.
Another section has a very nice reception/event space. Lots of weddings reception and corporate type parties.
Used to have a cool arse beer festival there as well

Good thing we hire the best river boat captains in an open market where talent and experience are valued, not government connections and bribery
