I’ve often wondered with this sets a trend for candidates going forward. Looking at the last two previous elections, fake war hero and Mittens went full on beta. And lost.

GEOTUS said to hell with that approach, went scorched earth and kicked Hillary in the balls.

I do think Trump is a very unique candidate in that he has tons of money and had clout before running. Not so sure some baw in Missouri or the like would have similar results.

Actually we have seen successful Republicans before. The dick worship is hilarious though.

It's why they hate him so much. As long as he's fighting back they can't beat him!

Trump’s attitude and grit are such a breath of fresh air in my life!

Being self employed nearly 4 decades I’ve had to fight hard for my reputation against my competitors that fight me trying to destroy my reputation with their dirty lies and trickery. It’s often pathetic to the point of near sinful what they’ll try to do to hurt me so they can better get what they want.

Trump fights daily and hourly in this new job he volunteers for and he wins as the people are knowing more each day what the truth is about him. He fights FOR US like no other politician ever has and I’m grateful to my God for allowing me to be a part of seeing all this

The problem with most GOP politicians is that they want to be liked by both the media and the left. So they refrain from saying want needs to be said out of fear of offending these groups. After all this time they still haven't figured out that their efforts are fruitless.

Trump realizes it's not worth compromising his core values to reach out to rats who will only bite his hand.

This should be a lesson and a playbook going forward for the GOP but sadly they won't learn.
