Squat 280 5x3 Low Bar 185 3x10
BP 195 5x5
Front Squats 135 5x5
Chest Flys 45x10 50x10 55x8
Bicep Curls 40 3x10
I’m trying to transition to Low Bar Squat, it’s just awkward for me at the heavier weights since I’ve done High Bar for so long. I’m just gonna keep adding weight till it feels comfortable.
BP 195 5x5
Front Squats 135 5x5
