Boxcar...let’s keep this comparison to Saban going in year 2. I’m interested to see how it turns out.
You see, Saban wasn’t coaching in year 1 for results on the scoreboard. He had a vision to build a stable/dominant program. Every move he made, every sentence he uttered, every hire...was centered around that vision.
O has been here for a while...can you tell me what his vision is?

No he can’t , hence why he started a thread yesterday asking what O could do to emulate Sabans “process”
Boxcar, why would O want to emulate a guy he’s a better coach than??
If O is better than Saban, he should be able to match his number of national titles in no time!

Okay first off, define, "been here a while"?
He is starting his second year as HC.
Secondly, one thing I can tell you what his vision is. It is to build up offensive and defensive lines that were terrible in the latter years under Miles, check!
Trying to change the offensive philosophy, which he actually seems to be doing.
