Miles particular process of loyalty to his OC and loyalty to a specific idiocentric offense core philosophy contributed greatly to his departure. His process was out of wack in those areas.
Perhaps a process should be somewhat flexible as new info comes in.

His old GA as DL coach
His old DL coach as DL coach
The USC RB and OL coaches from his interim stint at USC
Dave Aranda’s old DB coach to coach safeties.
His old interim OC as full time OC.
The ST coach from his time with the saints.
O isn’t exactly breaking the mold and reaching for hear hires.
