Bernard was leaking fluid from his ear at the beginning of the episode. My guess is it's the fluid that the hosts' "brain" sits in (ex. when they cut open the ghost nation hosts' skull and pulled out that core thing, it was sitting in liquid)

Got a lot of context clues this episode for where this takes place. In summary, there are at least 6 parks located on an island somewhere near an Asian country. And given that the bengal had wandered into WW, the implication is that some or all of the parks are indeed on the same island.

Yes, I’m guessing coolant. The malfunction screen said something about heat stress.
