Al Capone was making tens of millions of dollars when people were making 1500 bucks per year, and he wasn't paying taxes on it.
Jack Johnson was just dicking white girls, which apparently wasn't against the law, or the charge would have been dicking white girls, instead of the Mann Act. From what I read, he asked for a lot of trouble, and got it. Still shouldn't have been convicted of bullshite like this.
