I see your point. Most men don't have the intestinal fortitude to manage a 24-36 hour cook. That's a minimum if done right

I thought he actually got arrested for fricking an underage girl.

there's been several references but I think the original was a post he made telling the OT that he had a girl over to his place and she was a bit tipsy, he was making amorous advances and she was saying no but couldn't physically resist, he finished up, then came here to ask the OT if that was wrong, IIRC
This is how I remember it. I think he seemed confused why she ran out so fast after he raped her

No.
He just cornered a scared girl in his room and pressured her like crazy to frick him because he spent $200 on a "nice" meal and drinks.
$200 is like outback steakhouse for 2.

the advantages of grilling for guests
Although I find it very easy to fire up my BGE, another reason grilling is a big thing with guests is because usually if you go through the process of lighting up the coals, you want to cook more than say 2 chicken breasts. You are going to want to fill the grill up most of the time.
Like I said, I find the BGE (or any Kamado I'm sure) quite easy to light up quickly with some leftover lump and cook a few pieces of chicken or a steak. But I rarely messed with other charcoal pits during the week or when doing small meals.

He spent $200 on the girl and felt he was owed sex. They finished and she got out of his place as fast as she could.
Was it the self portrait on the wall, standing in front of the mirror wearing his workout gloves and tanktop in his pink bathroom?

Tired of getting invites to "dinner" and it's the same old grilled meat and vegs.

We get it. You prefer your meat in 17 year old vags instead of grilled meat and vegs.

I decided to get especially lazy with my cooking. I bought a pellet smoker, and now sleep through the night while cooking BBQ. It's delicious and easy as hell.

Was curious myself. That's the posting context where the incident is discussed in subsequent threads. He tries to change the story but several posters very pointedly clarify what he had originally said.
The way I found it is pretty funny in itself. Basically search rape and his posts chronologically and all of a sudden it blows up around those pages. kinda like locating a black hole based on the reverberations around it.

You are not being well received.....I'd just walk away, son.
On topic: I'm proficient at smoking (electric), grilling, and the traditional kitchen environment. I even prepared my wife's bridesmaid luncheon back in the day. I am better in the kitchen than the grill however.....
