Forgive my ignorance, but is there some new regulation that says these must be destroyed, or is this just poor wording intending to convey that the existing process itself is regulated?

A store that caters to HUNTERS, SHOOTERS of all kinds, fishermen, and outdoorsmen in general is gonna take a bunch of it inventory off the shelves that would interest the previously mentioned customers.
