Sometimes I do, and sometimes I don't. I never tip more than $1.00 either.

What is the o-t's course of action when it comes to tipping pick up orders?

Tip waiters, bartenders, and delivery guys. That's it. Not cooks, and not the airhead kids at the register.

I typically give what amounts to about 10%. If it’s a larger order, maybe a little less than 10%. They pack the order and make sure it’s correct and walk it the car. It’s not worth 20% but it’s worth something. They also pack some precooked food...dips, salads, etc.

If you have to ask then you think they deserve something but you prefer being cheap. If you can’t afford to tip for the service you receive, cook your own meal.

You saw the subject title, clown. You still elected to open it. Sorry, but I am not tipping you for being an idiot.

I'll do a buck per entree if the service is good and it's all ready when I arrive.
