He gave a figure on percent of offense installed. No one is lowering expectations.

I've said it before and I will say it again, I wouldn't expect much out of the offense in the spring no matter who the OC is. 14 practices before a spring game just isn't a lot of time IMO to implement an offense with all new skill players and 3 inexperienced QBs.
That would be excusable except for the fact that he's a second year coach with a first year offense. He's the one that fired Canada so he gets no leniency IMO.

I have to go do some work but y'all keep pounding on O and the team.

So he’s already laying he groundwork of excuses for failure.

Whats with all these percentages? Does he just pull them out of his arse?

bullshite.
Sounds like he knows we are in trouble and he’s preemptively making excuses.

No leniency at all come September. The OC cluster frick decision with Canada is an embarrassment. I'm strictly talking about this spring. I probably should have made that more clear.

Yeah O has cared more about the image than any coach in my lifetime.
He spends too much time listening to the outside.

I’ll cut him some slack and settle for 33.3 percent installed.
So which third will be installed?
Will it be ...
“We gonna be multiple!”?
Or will it be ...
“We gonna run a spread!”?
or will it be perhaps ...
“We gonna pound it up the middle too!”?

Don’t completely understand why such a small portion has been installed so far. They have another 65% to install in and by fall.

That is what you do when you’re not qualified. You look over your shoulder and listen to the masses.

To my knowledge, it's not uncommon for a first year coordinator to not have 100% of their system in year 1. I believe Aranda said it would take 2 full years to install his system 100%.

This is pretty pathetic. Second year in a row we hear this.
It's irrelevant and just more excuses.

Watched some of the Kentucky spring fling it. Score was like 45-36 or close to that. LSU fans would be all up in arms about no defense. What are your expectations for this game?
We'd live.
Of course people can complain on either side, but I would be actually excited about this..
Pretty sure we would expect the defense to get it together.

Myles got actual playing time and JMcM has been here for quite a while now.

Sure but he also had great results his first year.
So, we are still going to expect big results.
This is Os Guy. He knew his QB situation. Lots of OCs make big improvements their first year at a place.
We shouldn’t expect anything less.
