Pretty sure he said something along the lines of this last season. The consummate politician.

So that means we only scoring 38 points compared to 78 when 100% of the offense is installed

In all seriousness i think this offense will be unpredictable this fall. Whether that is a good thing or a bad thing will be determined early in the season.

Here's what someone from outside of the program had to say about the scrimmage, offense and passing game.

"The Offense looks great so far. Lots of multiple, RPO, 4 wide sets, empty backfield, and the route tree looked really good. Lots of crossing routes, and intermediate balls.. They like throwing to the H back too. They looked a lot like what the Saints like to do, which made sense after our conversation with E."

"Lastly I will say that I was really surlrised and pleased with what they are doing on Offense.Especially with only 10 practices."

You are a football moron. Now scoot along kid.

"The Tigers were not effective inside the 20-yard line. In 56 attempts inside the red zone, LSU scored points 43 times. Of the 130 teams in Division I, only 25 had a lower conversion rate.

In the past decade, no LSU team has been less effective in the red zone than it was in 2017. From 2008 to 2016, LSU averaged an 86 percent conversion rate with a low of 78.72 percent in 2014 and a high of 93.44 percent in 2011.

Of the 118 teams the Southeastern Conference produced over the past 10 years, 2017 LSU ranked 95th.

LSU knows what the problem is and is on a mission to fix it."

Kicking short field goals will help with red zone %

But I never thought Guice was anywhere as good as LF7 on short yardage.

I look forward to the increasing frequency of fluff leading up to this weekend's spring game.

I fully expect O to come right out and say "before you see this game, remember, it's not my fault."

A lot of propaganda as usual.
More empty promises? Or is THIS time the one that fixes the problems?

New OC, new qb, new excuses, same old shite.
We’ve been hearing for 10 years how great the offense looks in spring. About how it’ll be different from previous years.
I’m tired of the snake oil.

Lolz

If he had said the offense looked like shite you'd say he's full of shite. But because he's saying how amazing the offense is, random guy on recruiting board = gospel.

Who did you hear it from?

The poster who did the review that I posted a link to attended the scrimmage with a QB prospect out of Alabama, is not associated with LSU and I don't think he lives in Louisiana.

I'm not saying the poster is right or wrong. I am merely posting the comments of someone who attended the scrimmage with a recruiting prospect and is not associated with LSU. I know nothing of the person other than what I have read on the recruiting board.

You certainly don't have to believe a word they posted. It's up to you.

How do you define "associated with LSU"? The guy is clearly an LSU fan. If he was purely unbiased I don't think he would have referred to LSU as "we" or talked about how excited he was to see certain things he claims to have seen. I'll just wait to see actual results.

A coach or staff member.

The poster was with a QB recruit. I'm sure they were interested in the offense, how it looked and what LSU was doing.

It wasn't just some random fan who was there just for the hell of it. From reading his posts in the past it seems to me like he would know what he was talking about.

But it was, he just had a kid that’s being recruited by LSU with him.

But it isn't. He has explained on the RB what he does for a living and it involves much more than just being a fan of college football or a college football team. For instance, his username has the word "coach" in it.

So he's a coach of some sport at some level. Maybe you could expound on that...

I’m not gonna melt over 35% of the offense being installed this month, but they’d better have that shite right by the time they take the field against Miami or it’ll be a long season.

The longest thread on the recruiting board was started by him. I think he explains himself and his relationship with Quad in the first few pages. Check it out.

I know what he does. He’s also made it clear he’s a big LSU fan. He’s trying to get Quad a scholarship to LSU, which will be a notch on his belt to lure more clients(HS kids) in in the future. Of course he’s going to only say good things about what he saw, it helps his business and lines his pockets.
