Hey. I did a quick search looking for a thread regarding this, and could not find something specific. I will be in New Orleans next week, and I would like to get the best version of BBQ shrimp that I can near the French Quarter. Suggestions? Thanks.

Pascal’s Manale

And it’s not bad but Mr B’s is much better. I do have their bread pudding recipe they gave my wife though and I like it.

I went to Pascal’s Manale. The shrimp were in oil with little seasoning I could only eat two. Tasteless. The shrimp were beautiful, but not seasoned as I remembered. PM, however, has great oysters rock second to or tied with Galatoire’s. .

Mr. B's is damn good. While pascal's is the originator, I don't find them to taste very good. Take it for what it's worth, because I was a sucker for the BBQ shrimp poboy from slice pizzeria.
