A 1070 is overkill for a budget 1080p build unless you are trying to push 120+hz in intensive games. I use a 1070 at 1440p with a 165hz monitor, and i get over 60 fps in almost every title at med-high settings....

My mom got Sam's Club for her stuff. I think they used a third party service. They put them on DVDs and I ripped them to keep digital copies. Had no issues with it....

This. What some of you don't get is that barriers to entry for being an ISP are insanely high. You can't just build an entire new infrastructure easily. The current ISPs have contracts and lobbying power over municipal governments and won't let anyone else enter the market. If google failed at doing...

Yeah some start up should be able to come in and dig new lines of copper or fiber to everyone's houses right? There won't be any new competition. Some people are working on alternative methods for receiving internet wirelessly, but currently those options are high latency and expensive....
