Lawn mower blade. I've poured the WD-40 to it. No luck.

Wd40, now take a torch to it and heat it up.

Heat it up with a blow torch until red then cold shock it with water.

Heat it with a torch for a few minutes. Final answer.

Metal pipe on the end of the wrench for leverage?
If that doesn’t work, I’ve got nothing.

So make the metal expand, for an even tighter fit?!?!?!?!

There’s nothing that can’t be removed with heat & leverage.

If you can't get that, spray some WD40 on it and hit it w/ a hammer a few times, spray again, wait, and then loosen it.

Another option is penetrating oil and an impact wrench.

Not that it matters a ton, but is the bolt seized or the nut seized?

1
Shut off the engine, wait for it to cool and use a siphon pump to suck the gas out of the fuel tank, if the machine is gas-powered. Or run the mower until it’s out of gas and wait for the engine to cool. Remove the wire from the spark plug and secure it out of the way with a piece of adhesive tape so it can’t contact the plug.
2
Put on thick gloves to protect your hands. Tilt the mower on its side so that the side of the engine with the air cleaner faces upward. Push a wooden wedge or block between one of the blade tips and the mower housing to prevent the blade from turning counterclockwise when you loosen the bolt.
3
Put a wrench socket of the correct size on the head of the bolt securing the blade to the blade holder, and apply force to the wrench handle in the counterclockwise direction to loosen the blade bolt. The bolt may have a 1/2-inch, 5/8-inch or 3/4-inch head, depending on mower model. If you cannot turn the bolt, spray it with penetrating oil, wait 10 to 15 minutes and try again to loosen it. Mark the bottom side of the blade, unscrew the loosened bolt and pull the blade off the blade holder for sharpening or replacement.
Note: some blade bolts twist on opposite of normal threading.

Be sure you are turning the right direction. Heat will expand metal and make it tighter. Determine the correct direction to turn and use leverage. You can strike the head of the bolt before but no heat
