What to do with cheap ribeyes?

My 80 year old neighbor brought me some ribeyes as a thank you for cutting his grass. They are small and pretty shitty looking and I don’t mean that as being ungrateful, I’m just trying to figure out what to do with them. So before I marinate them in Italian dressing and microwave them to medium well I wanted to see if anyone had some other ideas

Cook as normal and dip in ketchup

Fajitas or philly steak sandwich

Philly cheesesteak, marinate and put in a burrito, carnitas, fajitas, slice and top a pizza with it and some provolone or mozz, chop up and make tacos...there are lots of things you could do with these.

Make a nice chimichurri the season them, cook to medium rare and eat with eggs. That’s what I do with thin ribeyes. Nothing wrong with a little chew from time to time.

Grind them up and make some hamburgers.

My grandpa would call those ketchup steaks - shitty ribeyes that are so cheap you wouldn’t mind using ketchup on them. He would grill them then serve open faced on sliced French bread toasted with a shitton of butter. Serve with crispy shoe string fries and ketchup A1 mixed together.
That was my go to meal he’d cook me when I was at LSU. Wish I could have one with him now.

In the freezer for an hour to stiffen them up, slice them super thin across the grain, grab some onions and peppers and go to town on those bad boys cheesesteak style.
Those would probably be good steaks to cook super fast on a rocket hot griddle or skillet for steak and eggs for breakfast tomorrow, too.
Cook them up and slice thinly and make a steak salad for lunch.
Steak tacos, fajitas, etc.
Slice into strips and stir fry them with some veggies.
Rice and gravy.
If they're not too gristly, pound them super thin. Carpaccio.
Pound them to about a quarter inch, find a good stuffing that you like and make a roulade.

Cut them in strips, and make Mongollian Beef with them.

Invite the old bastard over for a fajita dinner with your family

As said repeatedly in this thread, fajitas can’t miss.

That's not a bad idea either, but would the kids go for it?
Another idea would be Eggs Benedict with steak instead of Canadian bacon/ham.
