I'm not a basketball guy, but isn't this how every single top recruit in the sport views college? You should blame the NBA for not allowing high school players to be drafted anymore. That was fricking dumb.

I'll never understand why they don't use the same rules as college baseball.

If this is your opinion you should fault the coaching staff for taking him, not Simmons for doing what was necessary for him to go pro.

It’s the same logic that leads me to hate Chavis for playing DJ Welter for 2 years. It wasn’t Welter’s fault. That kid tried his hardest, he just sucked. It was Chavis’s fault for not trying ANYONE else at MLB. Every time I see Debo and/or Kwon starting at MLB in the NFL, I curse the name John Chavis.
