Because someone with peanut allergy who comes in contact w/ peanuts will always result in anaphylaxis which if untreated is fatal. Someone with Epilepsy has a ~8% chance of having a seizure if exposed to flashing lights IF they are the photosensitive type. One might get injured during a seizure but they aren't inherently deadly.
I think Eichenwald is a joke of a man but I don't condone sending him flashing gifs (unless the internet is right and he's a pedophile in which case I hope he dies in a fire covered in spiders after watching that pokemon episode everyone freaked out about years ago). In kurt's instance, the gif did not play until you click "play".
The still image said "You deserve a seizure for your posts"
