I have two bf measurers. They aren't exact, but I never measure over 10.5% on either of them.

My guess is your devices aren't giving an accurate reading.

The Y I lift at has two different devices that both consistently read me between 7-9%. I am NOT <10%. I have another on the scale at the house that usually reads 12-14 (I think somewhere around 15% is probably right for me right now).

You probably have more fat to lose than you're thinking. Just get that diet right (make sure you're only putting down meaningful calories). And hit a little more cardio.

Honestly, though, if you're looking for fixing the aesthetics, at your weight I'd start by trying to put on mass. Bulk up, get those delts and lats built up, and you'll get the better V look than trying to make your waist smaller, imo.

yea mingo, at 10% you aren't holding fat around the waist really.

but to answer your question something that regulates cortisol like reduce Xt or if you want to go crazy, 11-X.

but if you want, email me and we can talk more as obviously you aren't comfortable putting the info out there with the edits etc.

Just delete this thread. Obviously no one can answer the question at hand they can just give their opinion on something totally irrelevant to the original question.

lol everyone in here have tried to answer your question. You wouldnt give more information when asked, and wouldnt listen to anyone. You said you were 10%bf and have fat at your back around belt line you want to lose. We asked for pics, for height, and all you said was you were 10% and 138lbs. No one can really help you with this little info because
1. at 10% a person is shredded and has no visible fat they are worried about. So you are dealing with a self image issue not a fat issue.
2. Your bf % measurement is wrong (most likely scenerio) and you need to make adjustments to your diet/exercise.

Maybe I did a bad job of describing, but you just took something and ran with it. For the FOURTH time, I don't have fat hanging over my waistline. The bottom of my back is just pretty flat instead of narrowing down. Like I said, just forget it because we are completely off topic and i don't need to put pictures on the internet for a bunch of dudes to inspect. You could have just recommended the best supplements for someone not taking anything, but you didn't.

because frickn suppliments wont help! Fix your diet. It was said multiple times and you are looking for an easy out that wont work. People told you it was diet, they told you to bulk up to fix it. You chose to ignore the suggestions. And the only reason people want pics is to see how to help, because we really have NO clue what in the world there is to fix on 10% bf, because thats shredded! So we were wanting to see what the issue is.

Intereseting take and I said in the original post that I know they arent magic pills, but they may help me get over the top or increase my performance just a bit.

My diet is really good, which is why I didn't ask for advice on my diet.

Well that's just incorrect

I said I am.

Like I said, just forget it.

I think you're taking things in the wrong way. Yes, there are fat loss supplements.

At 138 lb, that just isn't the place for supplements, IMO. I think other people here share that. Supplements only supplement diet/exercise, and in your situation, there are underlying issues.

If you want my opinion on fat burners, there are other threads. In this situation, I would recommend you begin with structural changes, and I do not meam that disrespectfully.
