Stress is a possibility. Never realized how much a physical impact on the body stress could have until I went through a rough patch with several issues all at the same time (work, personal, financial).

Eyelid has twitching for 3 days now. Driving me insane. Remedies?
If you stare at a computer screen or television most of the day and night, take a 5 min break every 30 minutes or an hour and focus on a far away spot.
Typically, this sort of thing is caused by lack of sleep, stress, or eye strain. I looked into this just a few weeks ago myself.
If it keeps up, go see an eye doctor to, at least, rule out serious problems.

I had that for a few weeks after I started wearing reading glasses. It went away. That's all I got.

Tonic water. Drink a glass when it twitches.
