I dont post that often, but I haven't seen this discussed. Anyone have an opinion/experience with Ice Mule coolers. Already have my Rtic coolers, but I just won the classic medium size mule in a tournament. Took it to the pool at the hotel, holds a 12 pack and held ice for 2 days. Good size for pool, beach, golf course, hunting stand, etc plus easy access - no zippers. Certainly not insulated like a Kysek, Rtic, Yeti but a pretty cool day cooler

Anyone else have these?

Got a medium, it’s great for a day trip and part of the next day, no complaints

I like mine, but I can't get nearly that amount of time out of one. Ice will usually keep for about an 8 hour float trip in July. In the Fall, it lasts a little longer.

When I first got mine it held ice over 24 hours with no leaks. Now after a year its started to leak water out the bottom. Not sure if that is unique to me or everyone has the same issue. It is great to carry around like a backpack

A buddy of mine has one he let me use once for a beach trip. I loved it for the ability to carry a relatively large amount of stuff (12 pack of beer, couple fruity drinks, few waters and sandwiches). It also held ice pretty much all day. I would recommend off that experience, however I cannot speak to it's long term durability.

It's designed to leak after a few days of backpacking cold beer through the bush - it's called the arse crack cooler/cleanser function.

Everyone I know that has one loves them, and they are handier than any Yeti, Rtic, etc.

A bag of wet cement is handier than a Yeti or RTIC.
