Just now finishing up the first season.

Show is legit. Best sci-fi/drama I’ve seen since BSG.

I'd never heard of it. On Sunday, I saw it being promoted on my FireTV/Prime so I tried it out. Ended up watching 4 episodes in a row. Definitely has a BSG feel to it.

Yep ... counting the days until S3 begins.

26, 25, 24, 23, .... twenty-three more days from about two hours ago.

SyFi Channel.

My phone countdown clock is set to go off thirty minutes before so I can drop a piece of dry ice in a frosty and fire-up a doobie in advance.

Hell yes it's a damn good series. I started the books thanks to season 1. But I'm only on book 4. All habe been good reads. Hope the show speeds past book 3 though. Could be kind of boring.

I was genuinely surprised by the production quality, considering it was from SyFy. Maybe I just haven't geen much of their shows any looks in a long time, but it had always been campy and low-quality to me.

I really enjoy the setting, it's rare (that I'm aware of) to see any sci-fi that deals solely with humanity within our solar system.

The Expanse is like a BSG meets Cowboy Bebop meets Event Horizon.

My girlfriend hates science fiction, and she loves this show.

I've always loved sci-fi, but as I've gotten older, I appreciate productions like this way more than something like Star Trek or Star Wars. We're still centuries away from anything seen in the show, but it's more reality than fantasy.
