Great gun. I also have a XDS and a XD Mod2. The Mod 2 is an improvement over the XDS, and the VP9 is hands down better than either. I personally like the paddle mag releases.
Don't make the mistake I made. Go ahead & spend the extra money and buy the LEO model if you buy one. The night sights and extra magazine are a bargain.

My fiancee has one and it is usually a favorite among shooters at my concealed carry classes. For people with small hands it's especially favored since the grip is nice and slim and has a good taper to it.

I have a vp9 . it is an awesome gun. my only complaint would be that for its size, i wish it had more than 15 round capacity. if you're going to get one, i would reccomend the LE model. it comes with 3 mags and night sights
