I believe the climate is changing. Here's the rub for me.

I'll believe the threat is real when those who profess the seriousness of the issue begin fleeing the coasts and investing in Midwest real estate.

I've heard that the Maldives were going to be one of the first places to go, yet they are still building luxury properties.
