quote:Maybe an arse to you. Those that got all worked up just because he took his visits and didn't commit at age 6. You know, the sky is falling type people.
His father used to post here and was a complete a-hole. Dont care if his kid never sees the field here.
For the rest of us- he kept us informed and there was some very good info in what the others schools were presenting on visits. I found that very interesting.
Well, he was an a-hole to Arky fans. But A) they deserved it, and B) they earned it getting upset about him not accompanying him on his visit; which of all the things to get an entire fanbase riled up about. One Arky fan even called him a 'bad father' for that. So yeah, they earned the a-hole shoulder. You are well on your way.

"no news is bad news"
We've seen it many times before.

I would like to thank you for your input to the recruiting rant when your son was being so actively engaged to play for LSU. I personally can’t wait for him to play for the Tigers. Let’s face it 2 lock down corners are are always better than 1. Just as an aside I still feel what The Surtains did was wrong.

I'm expecting the worse and with how lsu football has been. I wouldn't be surprised to not see him this year. We really need him

T-Bob said today in the Huddle app that the rumor is that Fulton isn't going to play. They only spoke generically about it on the air. This is probably the best source we have on the subject to date (albeit not a great source).
According to the show, LSU has 4 scholarship CBs. One is Fulton (who's likely out according to T-Bob)...and another is Netherly (who has never played CB).
I've said it before...I have no idea why this is getting so little play.
The one glimmer of hope (getting smaller every day) is that Fulton is still at LSU (easily could be gone by now), and his Dad is here obviously unwilling to talk. Presumably, that means there is still hope.

The devolving CB situation dating back to last season, the recruiting blunder and this are certainly disappointing. I'm skeptical Netherly provides a viable option at CB and would hope we focus more on getting some of our safeties reps at CB. We know Kelvin Joseph will convert back to CB which was his natural position before becoming a safety his senior season.

because no one wants to hear about what was once a strength position becoming a total liability.
how O didn't address this on the recruiting trail is baffling. he should be ashamed of himself.

Lol @ guys that actually think Fulton’s father will give full disclosure of his sons personal issues and life. I’m sorry, not hating on y’all but thats crossing a line. I understand addiction , and the bad decision making made fueled by it. Kristian is a young man and they make mistakes. I’m disappointed that it puts our DB situation at risk but I hope he works through his issues and gets his life and football career back on track. He has a ton of talent and I hope to see him contribute as soon as coach O or the sec clears him to play.

is that where he will be watching the games next year?
Posted on 3/9/18 at 11:40 am to Da_binder
Not sure what that means , I hope he’s eligible this year obviously. I have never heard of a player being ineligibile for 2 years in a row.
Lol 1999, that’s exactly what I was thinking. We may be reading into it a bit too much. I think he’s just showing how much he wants to be playing on that field on Saturday nights.

They're running old school stadium stairs this year. Moffitt commented about it a few weeks ago.

Going after Foster and stiff arming Goodrich was a calculated risk that turned into a colossal mistake.

Agreed, Goodrich is going to be a very good player.

Among many others. Which includes (Last year), not having a full time Special Teams coach, kickers struggling, and using a scholarship on a 1 year kicker. I would much rather the 4 year Goodrich. Not to mention that the current Special teams coach was fired by the Saints who's Special Teams improved drastically this year.
