Yes. The average consumption is probably an 8th(3.5g) a week for the average full time job having smoker. Which is about $50.

Not saying I agree with the punishment, but you have to be a special sort of stupid to get caught 4 times.
Can he not just leave his one hitter at home like a normal person?

St.Louis BOA are trying to get this done in next month-ish.

$40 ticket for $200 weed??
Deal!
The ticket is a deal, but if you are paying $200 for 14 grams then you are getting ripped off.

Yes but is it still an arrestable offense, in other words, did they just allow officers discretion and whether or not they ticket versus arrest? Because from my understanding that's what happened in New Orleans. You can still be arrested for any amount but now they have the option to write you a ticket if they choose. Emphasis on, if they choose

I pay $110 for 14 grams of dodie, but I gave it up for Lent.

Can I just pay $180 after the first so I can have a balance on the next 2?

Terrible.
You think crime is bad now, check the stats in 24 months.
And don’t bring the BS about “normal” people are getting locked up for simple possession.
Colorado stats say otherwise.

Pretty good point there, and I'm pro legal, extremely pro legal

Colorado stats. Black and white figures. All crime stats increased from 2015 thru 2017. Lib gubner stated “this was a mistake” re: legalization. BIG increase in traffic accidents and misdemeanor crime. AND more gang related crime.

And they're drowning in the tax revenue.
Meanwhile our state is fricking broke. that extra tax revenue sure as frick would be nice down here.

So...it’s not technically decriminalized?

So all the problems that exist are acceptable as long as the money is pouring in.
Nice logic. Hope you never raise kids or run a business.

Ok. Was their crime increasing before legalization? And if so, by how much compared to after? How much compared to national average. You can’t look at these things in a vacuum.

I always use retail for quotes brother. $50 an 8 is the standard.

Other than more driving under the influence, there’s no logical reason why legalizing MJ would increase crime. Do you think ending prohibition increased crime?
