Saints not expected to bring Kenny Vaccaro back

He's a good player that holds value, problem is he isn't good enough and isn't valuable enough for the contract he's going to want.

He was a decent player for us but he couldn’t stay healthy and he was average coverage wise.
I fully expect us to sign either Mathieu or Eric Reid. Both would be an upgrade. I know Reid didn’t play that well this year but they switched him to an OLB because their DC is an idiot and they had injuries to some LBs. He was very good in 2016 when they switched him to SS.
Oh, and I hate LSU. This is one of those things where both players would make our defense better.

I agree with most in this thread, but before he got hit with injuries with this year he was like the 2nd or 3rd highest rated slot cover DB in the league.
