Of course it is a point by point rebuttal. Where is their minority opinion tho?

Can we agree that THE MEMO was a complete bust? It was supposed to end the Russia investigation and everything! [/quote
Certainly Shiff's memo was a blank. Didn't even address the most important conclusions from Nunes.
It was less instructive than even I expected - nothing more than the talking points he has been spewing for months.
[quote]Instead, Mueller's integrity and efficiency have been confirmed since then by the many indictments he has issued that have resulted in numerous guilty pleas.
And not one of them relates to 'collusion with Russia."
Wonder how many indictments he could rack up by surveilling a few of Clinton's corrupt cohorts for a year or so?
Now, I still think that Mueller must have some information that none of us know about - or else, if he is an honorable man, he would called this witch hunt off by now. Of course he has loaded up his team with die-hard Clinton loyalists, many with very sketchy records on ethical standards. So he may not be as honorable as we now think.
Certainly none of the 'indictments' and 'guilty pleas' mean a thing relative to the Trump/Russia 'collusion' allegation.
But - rejoice at the dog whistle.
The Shift memo was a big disappointment for you - wasn't it? You know you were disappointed = as in = "Is THIS all you got???? All that bluster, and you dump THIS??????? "
at your faux bravado.

And, oh, by the way... why doesn't it bother you that the whole gaggle of crooks Mueller's been investigating have started falling like dominoes, pleading guilty to crimes? You're pissed, instead, that they got caught.... I doubt your patriotism.
Not one of the charges filed have anything to do with Trump or the Trump campaign colluding with Russia.
In fact, all of the charges except the perjury charges are dealing with financial activities that happened many years before Trump even announced he was running for POTUS.

It's laughable that Nunes rebuttal at least twice relies on the Sen. Grassley and Graham’s criminal referral -- which is not even an official document - and carries ZERO weight.
That is unbelievable. Nunes is admitting his original memo cannot stand on its own.

Yep... and as if Grassley and Graham are not partisans prone to partisan spin.

Yet.
And that doesn't answer my question.

And Schiff is above all that?
Lol

Holyshit people really believe Trump will be implicated in this.

And, oh, by the way... Devin Nunes leaked classified information, and several Trump aides have access to classified information without proper clearances.
And here you all were so OUTRAGED, OUTRAGED, I tell you, that Hillary Clinton had unintentional, incidental classified information, though not technically nor legally classified, on her server.

It's over as far as Trump is concerned. He's in the clear.
He knows better than that.
Every person with the Trump campaign lied about the Trump Jr. meeting with the Russian lawyer in Trump Tower.
Then Trump wrote Jr. response to the accusations about the meeting, and lied about it again. Trump also lied about the fact that he knew the people that arranged the meeting.
How is Trump in the clear?

But the evidence on which Sen. Grassley and Graham based their criminal referral backs up the Nunez memo's conclusion 100%.
That evidence carries TONS of weight.

Didn't the Nunes memo mentioned the Grassley and Graham criminal referral in it?

She had SCI information that had the headers removed but still had the paragraph markers.
Someone had to cross domain that stuff manually.

It was Trump, himself, who ignited this special counsel by firing James Comey and then confessing to Lester Holt that he did it in order to stop any investigation into his Russia connections.
As I've said, I don't believe Mueller will actually indict Trump. He will report to Congress and to the public numerous crimes that Trump has committed over the years and then let Congress handle it under public scrutiny.

I would bet my life savings that if you conducted an investigation on anyone in DC with no bounds you will find something illegal.
