It was SAP not SCI but a compartmentalization that still requires a very strict need to know. The State Dept. Inspector General's office said she did not follow the rules.

Hillary was the Secretary of State with Top Secret clearance so she knew she would be sent classified info in emails yet she used her own private server instead of the government server that all government officials and government employees are required to use.

My mistake... the news conference was in March, not April... “American intelligence monitoring foreign officials who may have incidentally picked up communications of Trump transition team members” was classified information.

No. They hadn't made the referral yet.
The referral was obviously an attempt to patch up the holes in Nunes memo. They rushed it out, without even consulting with other member of their committee.
It was NOT an official committee document. ZERO weight.
