Those particular emails were NEVER properly marked as classified. Comey would have said right then and there that the headers had been intentionally removed.

You're merely speculating despite what Comey actually testified. You are not even privy to the emails in question. The c-paragraphs might have been cut and pastes from OTHER documents, documents which MIGHT have been marked properly, but info passed along in subsequent communications. In fact, that certainly is what happened in the other emails in which classified information was found but without the c's.

Either way, the Clinton state department did not follow the proper procedure to handle classified information. It requires intent to be this bad. I don't believe for a second this was an accident. Any reasonable person who doesn't have their head up their arse would think the same way.

- might not have known the rules
- might not have known what the little c's meant
- might not have known what he/she was dealing with
- might have simply wanted Clinton to be privy to the information.

You are SPECULATING, contrary to what Comey actually testified. NOWHERE does he state that Clinton or anybody deliberately removed headers, lied, or deliberately attempted to circumvent rules. And he was obviously no fan of Hillary Clinton.
