Lake Oconee Mystery Murders

In May of 2014, an octogenarian couple in a swanky lakeside subdivision 50 miles East of Atlanta were brutally murdered, and the husband decapitated.
The FBI joined the investigation to help depose and investigate family and contacts over state lines.
Nobody has ever been charged.
2017 AJC Update with Casefile Details from Local Sheriff
A few days after missing their invitation to a Kentucky Derby party in the neighborhood, a neighbor went to check.
Husband found in garage, no head. The head was never found.
Wife missing.
Ten days later, the bloated body of the wife was found floating 5 miles downstream in the lake, with two cinder blocks still attached.
The house was not broken into. Nothing was stolen or damaged. The house was in no disarray whatsoever.
Neighbors, church people, friends all say they were nice people with no enemies.
No suspicious vehicles or people sighted around, no gunshots reported, ruckus, etc. No leads at all.
FBI got all up in the shite of all relatives and adult children. Everyone's alibi checked out, no motives ever established.

No, but several other former coaches do. Saban's is on Lake Rabun.

I don't have anything to add about the crime, but that's the kind of place I want to retire at.

Why would you delete your post recognizing Al Di Meola?

It's a posh neighborhood, gated, etc. Very exclusive. The development started in the late 90's, early 2000's. Jack Nicklaus golf course, marina, etc. Very low crime. There's actually never been a crime reported in the community, except for one really weird one.
For anyone wondering, the house was listed by the family 6 months later for $760k, and closed six months after that at $650k.
It's a million dollar place. It was hard to sell. But someone bought it. Someone lives there.

In the latest case file release from the sheriff that I linked, he said he's had five psychics visit the place.
But he didn't say what they said.

People with eight arms are subhuman, doesn't matter what they use them for in the bedroom.

Sorry for my grammar problem.
My biggest fear is indeed living any where near where an OT trailer park might be nearby.
