Peter Rabbit film accused of 'food bullying as rabbits pelt allergic man with blackberries

A new Peter Rabbit film starring James Cordon is at the centre of a “food bullying” row over a scene in which a gang of rabbits pelt blackberries at a man they know is allergic to them.
Several groups representing allergy sufferers have called for a boycott of the film, warning that it is “grossly offensive” and makes light of a potentially fatal condition.
I get that these parents fears because little Timmy has allergies but I really wish they wouldn’t take this shite to the extreme. Things like no peanut butter sandwiches at schools and stuff. And gluten people are the worst. What is causing this epidemic of allergies anyways??

I feel so bad for kids with bad food allergies. If only their mothers would have breastfed, they wouldn't be so weak

I have no desire to see this movie because it seems to me like it's trying to sell the kids communism. When I watched the preview when I watched Jumanji, I just couldn't help but root for the so-called villain. If in a 2 minute preview I'm rooting for the villain, then you're doing something wrong.
