This is referring to the “last gen” Cadillac cars, most of which came with the 4.6L Northstar V8 that leaked like a sieve no matter what you did with it.

The new cars are pretty good and are very nice both inside and to drive. They don’t make big floaty cars anymore. The ATS and CTS are legitimate sports sedans with wonderful steering, brakes and chassis. If you want a Fleetwood Brougham-type boat, look elsewhere. Cadillac went down a BMW-type path starting in about 2012 and they’re better for it, I think.
