What does the memo describe being done to "stop Trump?" It describes a FISA warrant for surveillance on Carter Page. It doesn't allege improper action beyond failing to disclose what the memo asserts was bias by Steele, the guy who prepared the dossier. The memo does not mention Trump at all.

My feeling is yes.
DNC/MSM Political Complex accidentally turned this into a death match with muh Russia collusion, obstruction, and impeachment.

why would anyone get in trouble for an obviously partisan document with glaring omissions and assumptions
