Andrew Zimmern apparently had a Minnesota crawfish (re: Crayfish) boil on Bizarre Foods last night and posted this on twitter. Read through the responses...he is getting murdered.

Didn't Minnesota have an issue with non indigenous crawfish popping up and ruining eco systems? Or am I thinking about somewhere else?

It's already on the food board. The potatoes and corn look meh but the crawfish look fine. I'm sure they're underseasoned but you can't tell that from looking at it.

Those look fantastic. Very similar to how we do them.

they apparently don't season them. Just water and butter.

The crawfish themselves look fine
However, when you see the potatoes and corn have zero red pepper seasoning residue on them, you know that shite sucks

Probably seasoned with Old Bay

I assume the photo is just bad lighting. It gives everything a pale/lighter than you would expect look.

Crawfish boils are actually a thing in Sweden, so it could be legit in Minnesota with its Scandinavian roots. They do it quite a bit differently than in Louisiana though, and that's clearly a picture of a Louisiana crawfish boil.

Yeah the look of the crawfish is fine, but I probably wouldn't want to eat them.

That's some bland looking shite right there

He has, on several episodes I think.
Its the #OnlyinMN thing that has set people off I think, and the fact they are pale and they use zero seasoning, just water and butter.
The responses are dynamite.

He's had a few NOLA centric episodes. The onlyinMN is dumb.
