We live in a world where some random dude on the internet is now consistently hanging out with Genie Bouchard because he tweeted a bet at her during the Super Bowl, yet this thread is a thing. Unbelievable.

Its hard for me to try to go to events where I dont know anyone. I have anxiety.

Ive missed out on so much. I havent hooked up with girls and Im not Eskimo brother with anyone. I never lived in an apartment in college and I wasn't in a frat. What is there for me to look forward to?> i hate my job. I always wanted to hook up with a girl who was a cheerleader or popular , frm a top tier sorority . SJA or STM, mt carmel, sends all the hot ones to the best sororities. Ive never been invited to a formal or a mardi gras ball.

If you are looking for advice and not trolling, here is my two cents:

First, you need to work on physical self. If you're overweight, start eating healthy and exercise. If you don't like what you see in the mirror, do something about it. Losing a few pounds and an inch or two off your waist line may not seem like a lot but it is a major confidence booster. Now, this is not something you can fix over night. It's going to take time, but if you stick with it, you can improve your physical self.

Second, work on your mental health. This can be as easy as keeping a journal. Writing stuff down can help you get all that negative energy out. You can use an anonymous blog or just old fashion pen and paper. You don't even have to keep it, you can throw it away. The point is to get it out of your mind. If you have a close friend that you can talk to, that can be helpful as well.

Third, once you start to improve your mental and physical health, then you can start putting yourself out there. Use dating apps and what not. One trick I used on Tinder is to like certain pages on Facebook that a girl might be interested in like a certain TV show or actor.

I've been in your shoes and I know what you are going through. Just be patient. It will happen.

We all have that dream of banging cheerleaders, playboy bunnies, etc. And I’ve never been to a Mardi Gras ball and my life is great. Priorities my friend, you need to readjust them. You’re thinking way too much with the wrong head.

Maybe look for a better job, eat better, lose weight, get healthy. When you get healthy physically, the mental part comes naturally as does the confidence. Stop focusing on getting laid and stop being so girl crazy and focus on more productive things.
