Are you seriously comparing the support/facilities for these two sports over those time spans?
Did you seriously derive this bullshite from anything I have posted?

Women's Basketball was a force when Pokey was here & has WAY more support than DD had up until about 10 years ago.
What about all of the other gymnastics programs in the country/SEC the last 5 decades? Did they have SO MUCH more support than LSU?

Florida, Alabama and Georgia invested a lot more and cared unlike LSU up until recently
Its not even a comparison.
They spent probably 5-6 times more than what LSU invested into the gymnastics program. DD had hammered each administration for over 30 years for better resources and it wasn't until recently that we decided to do so. As soon as we did, LSU is now top 5 nationally instead of only top 10.

Opens thread about possible new strength coach.
Sees Tiger Ree bitching about D-D Breaux.
Makes sense.

Hmmm, sounds kind of like football, huh?
I'm sure same can be said for SEC and national women's basketball teams also.

Can someone please tell us what happened to Moffitt
Posted on 1/23/18 at 6:11 pm to LSUstephen17
Coach O caught him sleeping at the team meeting..so decided to get him an assistant!!
Posted on 1/23/18 at 6:31 pm to DALSU
Great hire if he & Moffit can “get along” unlike others ??

Went to high school with him at Curtis. He was a badass for us. I believe he graduated in or before Jonathan Wells. Would love for him to reunite with Coach Tommy.

Probably nothing is going on with Tommy. He has been here for 18years, and Vic needs a job! Maybe Alleva is Making Tommy A figurehead over all Strength and Conditioning for the entire Athletics Department He missed out on a lot with His oldest Sons Clay and Aaron while they were in Highschool Maybe he wants to spend more time with his youngest son Brady and BTW Vic’s daughters are still young also Tommy has gone through a cancer scare. No Sauces, Just my Two cents and the fact I’ve know both for well over 20+ years.

Well riddle me this
Practically every LSU sport today has more money to use than it did back in 2005-2006 ish
how was it that Pokey could lock down the state and recruit top classes and build a final four program. Nikki comes in later with a little more money, better facilities due to upgrades over the past few years, and is unable to field a top 25 team?
LSU WBB's issue isn't a money issue, far from it. LSU has always invested a solid amount of money into the WBB program, but now you are saying Nikki isn't succeeding because LSU doesn't spend the money for her?
LOL what bullshite

Currently there are 3 Weight Room. There are two in the Op Center and one in Tiger Stadium. I read where Baseball is going to have a Weight Room so I see the need for more S/C Coaches. I think the entire S/C Staff is like 15 people. I know someone knows more about this.

i'd love to send Moffitt packing and go get Cochran.
****Yes I know Cochran was an understudy of Moffitt doesnt mean he isn't better than Tommy.

You forgot Joe Danos who is the best of all of these. Joe helped coach the US Olympic team and is currently in New York

Vic has come a long way from his Vista Bucs days.
Love that guy though. Nothing but good things can come from having him on staff.
