Even if the deceased was black? If he was black I see huge potential for a big mess in NOLA. Race shouldn't be a factor in this but that's not reality either.

Unfortunately for Blondie race is going to be a big factor. If the dead guy was a 25 year old white guy he would have a much better chance at probation.
